A private preview of Mutiara Upper East for OCBC valued customers and guests was held on 8 April 2005. Guests were feted with a cocktail reception and exciting performance by a live jazz band. The evening highlights included a financial outlook presentation by OCBC, a feng shui talk by Grand Master Dr. Yap Cheng Hai and a tour of the showroom.
